They are nicknamed “the Reindeer People”. They are one of the most amazing tribes on the planet. There are only two hundred of them left and they live in the far north of Mongolia, in a deserted, inaccessible and frozen region. Always isolated from the world, the Tsaatans, these nomadic reindeer herders, have preserved their ancestral traditions and practice shamanism. They live in small family clans, inhabiting simple canvas tents in temperatures that drop to minus 40 degrees in winter. But they say they are happy to live like this, free, in the middle of sublime and preserved nature. And they never complain. Their happiness and their way of life, day by day, offer a striking contrast with our Western lives. But today, the modern world and technology are catching up with them. School, recently made compulsory for children, is at the center of all their questions. What to do? Protect children from progress they consider harmful or educate them and offer them the opportunity to integrate into civilization? These nomads know that they will have to choose between their traditions and contemporary life, between their freedom and comfort. Aware of being at a turning point in their history, will the Tsaatans manage to survive the encounter between their world and ours? This documentary offers us a spectacular journey into a timeless universe, miraculously preserved.

A superhuman victory for a soldier wounded in one hand

In Anchorage, Alaska, a man rapes a young mother and her two young daughters before killing them. The agents gather only one clue: a tea towel used by the murderer to wash himself, with crabs on it.

However, this province has an inexhaustible wealth, bamboo ... Vietnam's green gold. Some of these bamboos are transported by raft ... A makeshift boat, assembled in a few hours, sets off on the "Luong" river, to join the "Song Ma", Vietnam's third largest river. This region is also the only one in the country where the roads are not all paved. During the rainy season, which lasts almost three months, part of the trade is paralyzed. Even 4x4s or trucks quickly give up taking them… The only machine capable of traveling on these tracks, the “Tuk Tuk”. But in Vietnam, the king of transport is the motorcycle. It's almost a religion. In the country there are more than 40 million motorcycles.

It is on these giant logs that the entire country’s fortunes depend. The drivers race across the country in these huge machines to take the exotic wood from the Forest of Bees logging sites to Gentil port; it is a 350km feat of endurance and skill that is not for the faint hearted.

The fall of Berlin marked the end of the war in Europe as Russian troops entered the city first. Hitler, recognizing defeat, took his own life in his bunker. The people of Britain, under the leadership of Churchill, celebrated Victory in Europe Day (VE Day) with joy and relief, however, the war in the Pacific theater still raged on. Tragically, President Roosevelt passed away just weeks before VE Day, leaving the task of bringing the war to a close to newly appointed President Harry S. Truman.
